• Young people work as part of a team to create a mural based on changes in their local area

Staging a performance

• Young people develop skills - working with others, meeting deadlines, planning an event

• The show is used as a cross-curricular project allowing young people to contextualise their work and learn valuable skills related to planning and delivering an event

• Young people explore and celebrate the world of work and gain understanding of the skills and attributes required for employment
• Raise an awareness of the range of employment opportunities in Stratford City and London borough of Newham through the regeneration taking place

Tourism guides for Stratford City and Beyond

• Young people understand the regeneration of their local area, specifically Stratford City
• Young people create tourism guides on their local area. Develops skills in research, communication, teamworking, design, presentation and ICT
• Suitable for KS2 students, can be adapted for all Key stages studying Citizenship or Geography

Building a City for the Future

• Young people work with local artists to create their ideal cities using 3D modelling
• Create awareness of the regeneration of Stratford amongst students and develop a dialogue between young people and developers
