Tourism guides for Stratford City and Beyond

• Suitable for KS2 students, can be adapted for all Key stages studying Citizenship or Geography

Stratford City is an ambitious regeneration project in the heart of Newham, which needs to go out and attract businesses and visitors to its European business quarter and develop a strong national and international brand.

The brief is to design a resource for visitors to Stratford and the surrounding area. Using group work, research and field visits, students prepare resources that can be used for tourists.

The resource can be part of a KS2 course in geography and could be adapted for all key stages. It can also link with ICT, Design, Citizenship and Desktop publishing.
