This information contains data and materials for teachers, with some differentiated material and web links. Lister has undertaken a vocational visit to Tate & Lyle who have produced a powerpoint document to highlight the key areas covered in the coursework for the first scheme of work.

Modules 8 to 10 correspond to Unit 3 of the course.
