Newham is changing. New businesses and organisations are moving into the area and whole areas are undergoing regeneration. These changes are bringing with them a host of new opportunities for local people.

How much do you know about the regeneration of the borough?

Newham Council has a vision…’it wants to rebuild East London and foster a prosperous community in which people enjoy a better quality of life, safe and attractive neighbourhoods, good housing and local services, a community in which people are given the power to take responsibility for themselves and one another…

With investment from both the private and public sector, the decline that the Borough had suffered from for so many years is finally being reversed. Across the borough there are dozens of regeneration projects and programmes taking place, both large and small.
